Tony Lawrence - Consultant Business Analyst

As a professional Consultant Business Analyst, Tony’s aim is to work with and for organisations to gain a better understanding of the business problem domain; to gather, analyse and articulate requirements for process improvement; to deliver effective IT system solutions; and to facilitate successful business change.

Tony has had more than 20 years experience in IT from Programmer to Senior Business Analyst, Change Manager and Consultant. He has worked in a number of industries including Insurance & Financial Services, Assessment Services, Retail Energy and Aerospace & Defence Engineering.

As well as enabling business change, Tony enjoys teaching & mentoring and advancing Business Analysis and related best practices

Tony has a wide range of skills and ‘tools’ at his disposal, but more importantly he has the ability, interest and creativity to continue learning, to understand what makes organisations tick, to work with new technologies and innovate software & systems development techniques.
